The Johnson Center at Falcons Landing is an 89 bed facility that offers Assisted Living, Nursing Care, Respite Care, and Skilled Nursing Care in a compassionate and caring setting. It is located on the grounds of Falcons Landing Continuing Care Retirement Community. It is surrounded by beautiful homes, buildings, and landscaping.

The mission of the Air Force Retired Officers Community is to develop and operate a first class retirement community for the benefit of retired military officers, their spouses and widowed spouses. The community shall provide the AFROC members according to need on a non-profit charitable basis with housing facilities and services specially designed to enhance their health, security, happiness and usefulness in longer living. The community may also provide select charitable services to the external community without compromising its fiduciary responsibility to its members

Falcons Landing is a continuing care retirement community owned and operated by the Air Force Retired Officers Community-Washington, D.C. (AFROC). AFROC is a nonprofit, non-stock corporation incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and is qualified under Internal Revenue Service Code, Section 501c3, to operate as a tax-exempt, charitable corporation. COMING SOON! West Falls Center Assisted Living Facility
West Falls Center is the new Assisted Living site at Falcons Landing. This will be an assisted living facility which is an addition to the current 29 bed assisted living unit in The Johnson Center.West Falls Center plans to open in 2006. This 2.2 acres property is adjacent to Falcons Landing. This facility will provide residents with assistance in their Activities of Daily Living. It provides amenities such as a library, a dining area, fitness room, etc
